SE_COMN, common effects, starts at 931kb, most ADPCM
	It contains 3 command groups, 81 tracks, and uses 120 samples (1 PCM, 119 ADPCM).
Note that in SE_COMN groups 0 and 2 are typically sfx. Group 1 is typically voice fx.
This document was created in reference to the Dreamcast/NAOMI version.  
The Steam version is close to identical, except that there is no group 2 (they just reuse group 0), and none of the "empty"/filler tracks are included.
